Well if you go ahead and follow Mr. Tweet you’ll be informed of different individuals that you should follow and likewise Mr Tweet will include you in some of his recommendations too! I wouldn’t rely on this method solely for choosing who you follow or to increase your followers but it is a way to reach out further than you might realise.

Remember also that you can blend Twitter with your other social media accounts such as Friend Feed and Facebook. There are many sites you can do this with although some don’t allow it, just check it out to be sure first. When you do integrate these types of accounts together you can get tools that will allow all your accounts to be updated with things such as tweets and or posts.
